What exactly am I buying?
One prepaid service month at one residential property in ZIP 33534. The $90 plan includes two mowing, edging, and blowing visits. The $150 plan includes four visits plus one light leaf-tidy session, up to two 30-gallon bags total for the month, left onsite. Your service month begins with the first scheduled visit. No automatic renewal or extra visit is included.
Do I need to measure my yard or request a quote?
No. Choose one of the fixed-price packages and enter your service address. We do not ask for square footage or lawn-size categories. These plans are for routine residential maintenance, not acreage, lot clearing, heavy overgrowth restoration, or storm cleanup.
What is not included?
String trimming around fences or obstacles, hedge or tree work, chemicals or fertilizer, weed control, grass-clipping bagging, hazardous or pet-waste cleanup, and offsite hauling are not included. The two-visit package does not include leaf cleanup. Additional work or charges require your separate agreement.
When will the visits happen?
After payment, our family contacts you to confirm safe access and intended service windows. A preferred date is a request, not a reserved appointment. Weather-delayed visits are rescheduled, not counted as completed.
What if the service cannot be completed?
If we cannot provide the included service, we will contact you to arrange a refund for the unperformed work. For changes or cancellations, send a message through the customer-help form. Do not purchase again to change an existing visit.
How should I prepare?
Secure pets and remove toys, hoses, and loose items from the work areas. Arrange gate access directly with our family; never put access codes in the website forms.
How are my details used?
Shopify processes your order and service details so our family can coordinate the work. The customer-help form sends messages to the store's configured contact email. It does not create an order, retrieve a private invoice, or authorize a charge or refund. Enter card information only at Shopify checkout.
